Join Seattle7Writers and friends as we exchange civil and relevant discourse, tipple mimosas, share a delicious meal, and listen in on a conversation between author Garth Stein and Dr. Charles Johnson, winner of the National Book Award and critic, screenwriter, cartoonist, artist, professor, and author of more than a dozen books including Middle Passage and The Way of the Writer: Reflections on the Art and Craft of Storytelling.
Guests will find a local author seated at every table, ready to mingle, discuss and recommend books, and sign their work. Elliott Bay Book Company will sell books on site. Proceeds benefit the youth literacy programs of The Greater Seattle Bureau of Fearless Ideas.
