Join Island Books and Seattle7Writers Garth Stein, Bridget Foley, Jim Lynch, Dori Butler, J. Anderson Coates, Robert Dugoni, and Clare Meeker for snacks, books, and summer fun! Writers of adult and children's literature will be on hand to grill, sling drinks, and offer snacks, book recs, and stimulating conversation. The first 50 customers to shop in the store that day will receive a Seattle7Writers tote and be entered into a raffle for a bag of signed Seattle7Writers books. After the market, stop by for hot dogs (meat and veg), authors, summer reads, and to support a great cause: 20% of book sales will be donated to the wonderful organization Team Read!
